Check-in is from 3:00pm and check-out is by 11:00am.
Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability. If available, it is complimentary from 2:00pm. Any earlier is charged at £20 per hour.
Late check-out can also be arranged, subject to availability, up to 12:00pm at no cost. After 12:00pm, a £20 per hour charge applies.
Yes, we are a fully pet-friendly hotel. Dogs are welcome in all the areas of the hotel for a small fee of £20 per night.
We offer two convenient parking options for our guests:
1. On‑street Permit Parking (Zone H)
You can park in Zone H, which includes all streets surrounding the hotel. For just £2.35 per day, we provide a parking permit valid throughout this zone — covering your stay from arrival until 11:00 am the following day.
2. Covered Off‑Street Parking
Prefer covered parking? The NCP Trinity Place Car Park is right next door — secure, open 24/7, and ideal for longer stays or added peace of mind.

We serve dinner every Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6:00pm to 9:00pm — open to both guests and non-residents. View Menu
Rooms do not have a minibar or fridge by default, but we are happy to provide a mini fridge upon request if arranged in advance.
Yes, we are happy to store your luggage if you arrive before your room is ready, or if you’d like to enjoy Eastbourne a bit longer after check-out. Just ask at reception.
